Miles of eco-friendly tubing is run and gently connected to the birch trees in a sustainable manner to ensure no plants nor the environment is harmed
Sap Collection
For only 2-4 weeks per year, birch sap slowly moves from the trees, through the tubing and into collection centers
Sterile Transport
Sterile tanker trucks retrieve the untouched birch sap and bring it to our testing and packaging centers, allowing us to be entirely preservative free
