Spring Sap Flow
Spring time we gently tap thousands of trees and receive part of the super nutritious sap that flows from the roots to the leaves and replenishes the trees after long winter. This is sustainable process we can perform yearly.
From Forest to Bottle
Tankers take the birch sap to our facility in Finland for testing and packaging. We are only factory in the world able to harness birch sap without any added preservatives maintaining totally same product as you the tree provides us for 3 weeks a year.

We use Tetra Pak for sustainability and preservation of the delicate nutrient rich sap. Extra strong version is concentrated at factory to provide more nutrients and sweeter taste, nothing added just natural sugars from the tree.

Is Natural White Birch Water suitable for everyday consumption?
Birch sap is perfect everyday beverage. Traditionally use is morning on empty stomach for its possible detoxifying properties. Nordic is great for workouts and general hydration. It offers hundreds of nutrients that plain water doesn't have and is much less calories than coconut water with never anything else added
What sets Nordic Tree Water apart from other bottled waters?
Nordic birch sap is not water. Sap is technically spring water stored in a root system of birch forest where it sources nutrients, minerals and phytonutrients, this sap is life of the tree during spring blossom.
How is your birch water harvested?
Birch sap is harvested from thousands of trees during March - April every year when snow melts and trees return from winter hydration. We use small amount of each tree so they will receive enough grow and this gentle process can be repeated yearly without harming the environment or tree.
Does the water contain any added sugars or artificial ingredients?
Our proprietary process system allows us to be able to keep delicate birch sap in its natural state from forest to bottle without adding any preservatives or sugars etc.
How soon can I expect to feel the benefits?
When used for workout you will notice right away the hydrating benefits of birch sap without crash of sugary alternatives. Daily use during mornings easily becomes a habit where you truly feel how refreshing the hydration is.
How often should I drink it?
We recommend one or two per day. More is not better always. Birch sap in large quantities can become diuretic. Also manganese can easily exceed daily value if used in excess.
