Nordic Organic "Win a Trip to Finland" Sweepstakes

1. Eligibility:
* Open to legal residents of all states, who are at least "18 years old at the time of entry
* Employees of Nordicorganic.com, its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, and their immediate family members (spouse, parents, siblings, children) and/or those living in the same household are not eligible to enter or win.
* Void where prohibited or restricted by law.
2. Sweepstakes Period:
* The Sweepstakes begins on November 1st 2025 and ends on May 30th 2026
* All entries must be received by the end of the Sweepstakes Period.
3. How to Enter:
* To enter, participants must follow the Instagram entry method, e.g., "follow @Nordicorganic.com on Instagram and like the official sweepstakes post," "tag five friends in the comments," "share the post to their story and tag @Nordicorganic.com"].
* Entries generated by script, macro, or other automated means are void.
4. Prize:
* One (1) Grand Prize: A trip for two (2) to Finland to see the Northern Lights.
* Prize includes: 5 night and 6 days standard hotel accommodation (one room, double occupancy) in Rovaniemi
* Approximate Retail Value (ARV) of the Grand Prize: 3000$
* Actual value may vary depending on point of departure and hotel rates. Any difference between the stated ARV and actual value will not be awarded.
* Prize is non-transferable, non-assignable, and no cash equivalent or substitution is offered, except at the sole discretion of Nordicorganic.com.
* Winner and guest must travel on the same itinerary. Travel dates are subject to availability and blackout dates. Trip must be completed by December 2027
* Winner and guest are responsible for all necessary travel documentation (e.g., passports, visas), travel insurance, ground transportation to/from departure airport, meals, gratuities, personal expenses, and any other costs not expressly stated as being included.
5. Winner Selection and Notification:
* One (1) potential Grand Prize winner will be selected in a random drawing from all eligible entries received during the Sweepstakes Period.
* Drawing will be conducted on or 1st of June 2026 by Nordicorganic.com or its designated representative.
* The potential winner will be notified via Instagram Direct Message (DM) within 7 business days of the drawing.
* The potential winner must respond to the notification within 7 /days and may be required to sign and return an Affidavit of Eligibility/Release of Liability/Publicity Release (where legal) within a specified timeframe.
* Failure to respond or return required documents within the specified time, or if the notification is undeliverable, may result in disqualification and an alternate winner may be selected.
6. Odds of Winning:
* The odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received.
7. General Conditions:
* By participating, entrants agree to be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of Nordicorganic.com, which are final and binding in all matters relating to this Sweepstakes.
* Nordicorganic.com reserves the right to cancel, suspend, and/or modify the Sweepstakes, or any part of it, if any fraud, technical failures, human error, or any other factor beyond Nordicorganic.com's reasonable control impairs the integrity or proper functioning of the Sweepstakes, as determined by Nordicorganic.com in its sole discretion.
* Nordicorganic.com is not responsible for lost, late, incomplete, invalid, unintelligible, misdirected, or postage-due entries, which will be disqualified.
* By accepting the prize, the winner grants Nordicorganic.com the right to use their name, likeness, and entry for promotional purposes without further compensation, unless prohibited by law.
8. Release and Limitations of Liability:
* By entering, participants agree to release and hold harmless Nordicorganic.com, Instagram, and their respective parents, subsidiaries, affiliates, advertising and promotion agencies, partners, representatives, agents, successors, assigns, employees, officers, and directors from any liability whatsoever, and waive any and all causes of action, for any claims, costs, injuries, losses, or damages of any kind arising out of or in connection with the Sweepstakes or delivery, misdelivery, acceptance, possession, use, or inability to use any prize (including, without limitation, claims, costs, injuries, losses and damages related to personal injuries, death, damage to or destruction of property, rights of publicity or privacy, defamation or portrayal in a false light, whether intentional or unintentional), whether under a theory of contract, tort (including negligence), warranty or other theory.
